Good grief!!

I can not believe I haven't posted anything for 5 months! Where has the time gone? Well let me think......I've been at work lately more than I've been home so maybe that is the problem! lol
Not only have I been working full time but I have been going in for free to help out. John is also working at the daycare part-time until school starts again so he can go back to being a teachers aid for the school board. He's been working part-time at Westbrook Home Health Services too. So neither of us has had much time lately, the work on the house has been put on the backburner for a little while but we are hoping to find time to start working on turning our old kitchen onto my new bedroom in the next two weeks. We did go the last weekend and buy the stuff to start on it now we just have to find the time!!
Bridey is starting middle school this year! Can't believe she is getting that old! She will be 11 in 2 months! I miss my little girl, where on earth did my babies go? Jake will be 3 in less than a month!! So I am in full swing trying to plan 2 birthday parties. fun fun! So there isn't a lot to report, just been working, trying to find time to spend with the kids and other family, and trying to get things done around the house when we have time to be home.
Hopefully I will find time to update on here again before another 5 months pass.

Tomorrow I'll have been married to John for 16 years!! man do I feel old!! lol
I dug out some of our wedding pictures to post but havent gotten around to scanning them yet, (I will Lawanda, I will!! lol) I will get around to posting about our wedding day when I get the photo's on the putter. just haven't had much time lately.

9 all together and that was counting the time I didn't feel a thing. I had went in for my regular dr visit and they admitted me so the could induce the next morning because of my blood pressure. So when I got to the hospital and the hooked me up to the monitors the nurse said, "well your having contractions, did you know that?" no i did not! lol so I went about 3 hours before I started feeling anything but they were showing up on the monitor. And I had her at 2:51 am

my mom took me to my drs appointment, John was at work but met me there not to long after it started so mom went home and then they decided to admit me, my dr was in the same building as the hospital so I guess mom drove me.

Bridey likes to take pictures.

Bridey loves to takes pictures of herself with the cameraphone. She does it all the time, and take some "artistic" pictures of her tongue and nose and things. They are funny sometimes. These are three she took a little while ago when I thought she was sleeping. They are dark because her room was dark since she was "sleeping". lol The things kids do when they get bored.

Bridey home sick

Bridey came home from school yesterday with the stomach flu. Spent all last night throwing up and most of today sleeping.
She said she must of gotten it from her teacher who came to school sick. Aren't they suppose to call off when they are sick so they don't make the kids sick???? Or does that make to much since?

Jakey has turned two.

My little guy is no longer a baby. :( He's a toddler. He turned 2 years old yesterday.

We had a little party at home for him on Saturday evening. (I still have to upload he pictures from my camera but I have gooten the ones John took with his phone on the computer a little while ago)

Our sunday was busy so we celebrated together on Saturday night. So sunday we went to my mom's. Had a little party. My biologicl mother, sister and niece came in from Ohio and my Aunt Cindy, Aunt Mick and cousins, Dusty and his wife was there and cousin Bev and her other half and daughter were there along with my ma and pa of course. It was nice. Then off ot John's mom and dad's. We had dinner which was awesome. Then the kids went and played for a while, then desserts and presents. It was pretty nice as well. It was a lovely day. tiring but lovely.

My kids are growning up to fast!!

My baby will be two years old on Sunday and Bridey will be 10 in a month.
Bridey has even started shaving her legs. Talk about growing up to fast. I was going to make her wait until 7th grade when I was allowed to shave......but she wouldn't wear shorts or skirts most of the summer because she didn't want anyone to see her hairy legs. That made me remember how I felt about my hairy legs when I was little and so I gave in. The poor girl takes her hairyness after me. I felt bad so I gave in. I am not letting her use a regular razor yet though. I have her using an electric razor. She doesn't feel bad about being hairy anymore, lol she is happy now. I am glad she is happy, I just am alittle sad that my baby is shaving already. :(
