Oh my is it hot! I was hoping the heat wouldn't show up this summer! We have been taking the kids and going to Southwood pool for a while and was enjoying it.....when the heat wasn't to hot. But now that the heat index is over 100 I don't like the idea of taking Jake out in it even to go to the pool. So we are sitting in the AC pretty my playing on the computer trying to keep cool. Bridey is SOOOOO bored, as she kepts telling me over and over again, I just don't want to take the chance of Jake getting burnt to over heated. He has fair skin and would burn as fast as I do I'm sure. I do feel bad for Bridey though having to stay inside. But hey it's only a few days hopefully and she has a TON of things she could do in the house. The picture below is of Bridey going off the high dive last night at the pool during a friends birthday party.

lol I love showing off my kids so I'm sure I will be posting lots of pics. I'm to chicken to go off the high dive too so your kids aren't alone! lol
I love the high dive... after I psych myself up first for a while though! haha
